JFCS Takes It’s Food Pantry On The Road for Homebound Seniors
Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Mercer County is pleased to announce the new Healthy@Home Senior Nutrition Program, a non-sectarian initiative which provides low-income, homebound seniors with healthy food and nutrition information delivered directly to their door. Healthy@Home is designed to increase food security among seniors in Mercer County.

Successful visit from MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger This is Hunger truck at Adath Israel Congregation! 413 individuals ages 11 to 90 experienced the transformative exhibit on hunger in America.
Church and Dwight Grant Award
JFCS has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Employee Giving Fund. With this funding, JFCS is able to ensure that families who use our food pantry have access to healthy foods on a regular basis.

JFCS 79th Annual Meeting
JFCS had its 79th annual meeting on Tuesday evening, June 7th at The Jewish Center Princeton. Several proclamations from local government officials honoring executive director Linda F. Meisel made the evening a particularly poignant one.
JFCS Announces New Executive Director
Michelle Napell has become the agency’s next Executive Director. Ms. Napell succeeds Linda Meisel, who stepped down on June 30th, after 18 years as Executive Director. Michelle Napell took over the role on July 1, 2016.
JFCS Receives Major Grant from Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation
JFCS is happy to announce that it has received a $180,000 grant from the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Foundation of Owings Mills, MD. This grant is the largest award JFCS has received for its Fund The Future Capital Campaign, which began in 2014, in order for JFCS to expand and renovate its physical office space and enhance service delivery to JFCS’ current and prospective clients.
