Description: In this informative and engaging session, Sean Gwinner, Executive Director of Right at Home, breaks down the signs and symptoms of isolation and loneliness. He will present the barriers that stand in the way of maintaining strong social connections and tips for breaking them down. Sean will also lead an interactive exercise where attendees create plans for combating isolation – either for themselves or for loved ones who may be at risk. A kosher lunch will be served and there is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person.
