Congregation Beth Chaim (329 Village Rd. East, Princeton Junction)
The tale of Noah and the flood is one of the best known stories in the bible. It survives today mostly as a fairytale, but what did this narrative actually mean to our biblical ancestors? And what can we, as modern adults, take from the story today? Join Cantor Stuart Binder for a fascinating discussion about the light that modern scholarship has shone on this ancient legend.
A kosher lunch will be served and registration is required by 2/12. RSVP to Beth Englezos at bethe@jfcsonline.org or 609-987-8100, ext. 126. The program is open to all and there is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person.
