Beverly Mishkin, LCSW Director of Senior Services
Beverly oversees all the programs designed for the senior population that are serviced by the agency. After receiving her MSW from the University of Maryland, Beverly joined the staff at Jewish Family & Children’s Service in Sarasota, Florida. For the past twenty years she has worked with various population groups in different capacities as Senior Clinician and Director of Programs. Most recently she was involved in a research protocol, conducted through New York University’s Memory Clinic, involving dementia patients and their caregivers.
Beth Hammer, LCSW Geriatric Care Manager
Beth Hammer is a geriatric care manager for Secure@Home. She is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and providing on-going care management, family consultations, information and referral, and advocacy. Beth received her BA in Psychology from Ithaca College, and her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Beth has specialized in working with older adults for over 30 years and counsels older adults on issues of caregiving, loss and coping with aging.
Andrea Gaynor, LCSW Geriatric Care Manager
Andrea Gaynor is a geriatric care manager for Secure@Home. She is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and providing on-going care management, family consultations, information and referral, and advocacy. Andrea earned a BS from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York City. She has been recognized for distinguished service and received a Womanspace award for leadership in addressing domestic abuse in the community. Ms. Gaynor is also a Field Education Supervisor, advising and training the agency’s social work graduate students. As a graduate student, she interned at Corner House in Princeton, a community agency specializing in substance abuse issues, offering counseling to teens, adults and their families.
Matthew Heiblim, LSW Geriatric Care Manager
Matthew Heiblim is a geriatric care manager for Secure@Home and Senior Outreach Services. He is responsible for assessing clients’ needs and providing on-going care management. In addition to Secure@Home and Senior Outreach Services, Matthew plays an active role in many of our other programs. Matthew is an experienced social worker with over 10 years of geriatric experience. He has worked in hospitals, rehabs, nursing homes, and now assisting clients in their homes. Matthew’s goal is help clients get the resources they need to age safely at home. Matthew received his BA in Psychology and his Masters in Social Work from Rutgers in New Brunswick. He provides referrals, information and advocacy for our clients. Matthew is dedicated to advocating for and connecting older adults and their families to community resources.
Beverly Rubman Chaplain
Beverly is currently the chaplain for Jewish Family & Children’s Service and Secure@Home. She received her chaplaincy training at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital—New Brunswick and an M.A. in Jewish Studies from Gratz College, Melrose Park, PA. In addition to individual visits with Secure@Home members in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and members’ homes, Beverly leads caregiver and bereavement support groups at Jewish Family and Children’s Service.
Beth Englezos Manager of Senior Programs & Hunger Prevention
Beth is currently the Manager of Senior Programs & Hunger Prevention. She has worked with JFCS for the last 12 years on a number of older adult programs and services, including the Secure@Home program, an initiative to help older adults remain in their own homes for as long as possible, Beth oversees the Meals on Wheels program, the Yvette Sarah Clayman Community Food Pantry and other hunger prevention initiatives, including Heathy@Home, Cooking Companions and Shabbat on Wheels.
Debi Fraum Henritzy Kosher Café Project Director
Debi runs the Kosher Café programs at Adath Israel Congregation in Lawrenceville. Prior to joining Jewish Family & Children’s Service, Debi was a Senior Care Consultant and worked with seniors and their families providing home services. She has a BA/BS from Rowan University dual degree in Sociology and Communications with a Public Relations specialty.
Janice Baer Holocaust Program and Café Europa
Janice Baer is a Senior Services social worker for the Holocaust Program and Café Europa. Janice received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey.
