L.I.G.H.T.S. (Love is Getting Hanukkah Toys to Share)

Each year before Hanukkah, JFCS conducts an area-wide drive to provide children in need, ages 0 to 18, with appropriate gifts for Hanukkah.  These children are matched with donors, most of who are from congregations in the Princeton Mercer Bucks area.  Donors may be individuals or entire school classes that sponsor a group of children or a single child.  This is a wonderful and Mitzvah way to incorporate Tzedakah in your family’s Hanukkah.

Complete confidentiality is emphasized.  Donors do not know the recipients nor do recipients know the donors.  The LIGHTS coordinator matches the requests with the donors.  For further information, please contact Debra Levenstein at debral@jfcsonline.org.
