But we do not have to grieve alone…This weekly group is designed to allow members converse openly and support one another through the grief process. Open to any Jewish adult , regardless of affiliation, who has lost a spouse or life partner within the past 18 months.

This day-long workshop will provide participants with a detailed understanding of current knowledge of the autism spectrum disorders with an emphasis on implications of research for clinical intervention. Three sections will cover the clinical features of these conditions, principles of assessment, differential diagnosis, and guidelines for treatment and educational interventions.

THE PRICE OF PRIVILEGE
Madeline Levine, Ph.D., author of the groundbreaking book The Price of Privilege, is coming to Princeton to explode one child-rearing myth after another. With empathy and candor, Levine identifies parenting practices that are toxic to healthy self-development and that have contributed to epidemic levels of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse in the most unlikely place – the affluent family.

This weekly group is designed for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who have siblings with special needs. Here they have a chance to form a support community, learn from and enjoy one another, and discuss the common joys and challenges that come with having a sibling with special needs. Sibshop is a recreational and activity-based program.

Pre-Passover Seder for Survivors of Domestic Violence
A Passover Seder for Jewish women who have experienced abuse.
The event has four goals: 1) to identify Judaism as a source of spiritual strength and as a means of eliminating domestic violence; 2) to address the spiritual needs of survivors of domestic violence; 3) to break the isolation intrinsic to domestic violence by creating a feeling of community; and 4) to instill a sense of hope that freedom can be regained both as an individual and as a member of a community.

A facilitated coffee and conversation about grandparenting your interfaith grandchild.
New Moms II
This new group is designed for you, mom, to connect with other moms and discuss the daily joys and challanges another "new" baby brings to the family. Topics include sibling rivalry, introducing spirituality, and "mommy" time.
Social Skills for Kids
This weekly program addresses the needs and social concerns of 6-10 year old boys and girls. Through child-centered play we explore ways to build positive peer relationships, reading social cues, and building social self-confidence. Learning comes from peer feedback and encouragement in using adaptive social skills.
ACT: Adpoted Children Talk
ACT is designed for kids ages 8-12 who have been adopted. Here they have chance to form a community of support, to learn, enjoy one another and discuss the common feelings and experiences unique to being adopted.
Caregivers Group
This weekly group is for caregivers of elderly relatives,
whether long-distance or actively involved in day-to-day responsibilities
who may be feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed and isolated. It
will help you find resources and information and provide direction
and guidance in a warm and caring atmosphere.
