Description: This program is a unique one-time support session for all who are grieving. It will cover: living with your sadness when others are celebrating family at festive meals; attendance at High Holiday services (Must I attend? What do I do when I get there? How can I prepare for what I will see and hear); and finding comfort in community. This group will be facilitated by Chaplain Beverly Rubman. Light refreshments will be served.
