Addiction hurts more than the addict. If you have a family member suffering or recovering from addiction, you too need support and tools to help them succeed in recovery. This workshop will help individuals facing consequences of a loved one’s addiction by:

  • understanding the biological & emotional aspects of addiction
  • learning to cope with addicts’ manipulation and denial
  • managing guilt, anger & sadness
  • learning to recognize what YOU can control
